From what I gather its updated original material with color images and some new art.

I went ahead and backed this one after seeing the stretch goals get unlocked. Got a lot of pdfs for articles, cities, maps, etc. that can be mined whenever I like. The city info will definitely come in handy when I need to drop one into my current C&C campaign for the PCs to visit....

Talked yourself into it :D
I do agree about PDFs though. Not only are they better for my lack of shelf space and better for the wallet, the ability to quickly review or search them for info is always good.

I will always prefer books for everyday use but pdfs are pretty handy for quick searches and copying specific info onto another document.

Here is a seminar dealing with an introduction to the HarnWorld setting that was held in a virtual format at the recent GenCon:

I actually watched that one a while back, really informative video.

Something new I ran across today for HarnManor.

Excellent find! Columbia Games has such cool gaming goodness!

From an (A)D&D standpoint, this is perfect for when PCs reach name level and establish their own domains. It would also have been great for use on a smaller scale with the tower in the 2006 - 9/10 Valdosta AD&D campaign the PCs were looking to restore and use as a base of operations.
