I'm happy to move the time to whenever is most convenient for everyone. Wes, can you start earlier on Sat or Sun? How about you Jay? I don't want to keep people up past midnight if I can avoid it. I figure 4 hour sessions, plus or minus, should be enough. Hopefully we won't have much delay in getting going in future sessions since we've run through the audio setups once already.

Yes, generally I can start earlier- or at least it will be a lot easier to start earlier, on a Saturday or Sunday. I'm open to playing shorter sessions during the week, too, though. If that works out...?

Play during the week is out for me, except for the Thursday nights before my RDO Friday (day off) which I have every other week. I just had my RDO yesterday, so the next Thursday night I would be available is the 16th. Otherwise, Fridays and Saturdays work best, 8pm would probably be a better time, 9pm I can do, but by midnight I'm generally spent. I may be able to squeeze in a Sunday evening if sessions don't stretch past 10pm EST.

I'm teleworking during the week from 0730 to 1730. By the time I log off I'm ready for a break from the pooter. Friday / Saturday evening, maybe Sunday afternoon, works best for me.

It sounds like Saturdays work well for everyone. I'm free all day. If you want to keep an evening game we can start around 7 Eastern. That would give us Central and Mountain folk a chance to have an early-ish dinner. If you want to move it to an afternoon game then we can start from 2 PM Eastern and just go until.

Spent some time in Photoshop putting together new tokens for our characters. Sam, if you would be so kind as to save these and use them the next session it would be much appreciated. I tried to mimic our characters as best I could with what I could find. They should help characters stand out on the maps a bit better too. I've sized them and tested them in Roll20 already so they should be good to go, just bring them in and assign them.

Discord. While we were running, it was mentioned that we should use Push-to-Talk in order to alleviate some of the audio issues. When you use the browser to connect to discord, you can't use the PtT feature unless the Discord window is front and center, which means if you're using one monitor and Roll20 is on the screen, your PtT won't work without first, bringing the Discord window to the front, or switching to the tab in the browser.

If you download the Discord desktop app and install it (you have to create an account too), then you can use the PtT function regardless of what you have on your screen. Just an FYI for folks who may want to do this before another session.

Since we're using Discord for our chat, I went ahead and created a Discord Server for 3P if we want to use it.

Regarding day/time I’m pretty flexible. My work day is done at 4:30 MDT, so any time after that works for me.
