I like the common sense approach he applies to the social encounter, when he talks about how players open their mouth and say something, then the GM tells the player what skill to roll based on the way they approached the social encounter. The example of a player making an intimidating comment and being told to roll intimidation even though that was not their intent, and he comments, "then you should have thought about what your character was going to say and how they said it, prior to just speaking out".
All in all, what he is talking about makes sense.

Ok, I did not know any of this, I thought Trevor was just a gamer dude with a channel on YT, I had no clue he was an accomplished voice actor in animated entertainment.
