Austrian Artist Creates Nightmare-Inducing Illustrations
Article link: HERE

Ran across this article, posted to one of the groups I follow on FB. Excellent stuff for delving into the dark side of things. I could see using A LOT of these to form some Mythos or general horror themed adventures.
If you've been getting a night's sleep that's a little too good lately and are looking for something nightmare-inducing, you've come to the right place. Meet Stefan Koidl—an artist based in Hallein, Austria whose specialty is the unsettling, the creepy, and the weird.
A few examples:

Here's a soundtrack to go with.

Interesting the third one has a Harry Potter and LotR feel. Both story lines have scenes of (semi animated?) dead (inferi) in the water.

The last one definitely reminds me of Stranger Things (two I think) with the broken down bus in a field. But those are really freaky!
Arise, arise, Riders of Théoden! Fell deeds awake: fire and slaughter! spear shall be shaken, shield be splintered, a sword-day, a red day, ere the sun rises! Ride now, ride now!

Oh yeah, Things from the Flood, or Tales from the Flood, can't recall the exact name.
