RPG Elite is a YT channel that was recommended in my feed, this morning.

The subject discussed is something of a hot button topic in the hobby these days. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first clicked on the video, but as it turns out, it was good stuff. Love the guy's approach and overall character, an old-school point of view from a black table-top player who has been playing in the hobby since 1984.

Had me laughing out loud a few times with some of his comments.

Cool videos. My only quibble is the background music is a tad too loud for the speaker. Other than that, good listening.

Too bad fantasy isn't his thing. Its my bread and butter, of course, so were he to go into that genre I'd be more likely to listen more.

Ha! Almost watched this when I found it in my feed as well, but found his presentation a bit too rambling and vague to hold my attention (sometimes it takes a lot, though).

This is one topic I agree with. Over the last year or two, I looked at my shelves and realized I had WAY too many RPGs that would never get used. I just don't have the time, money and effort like I did in my 20s and 30s. I purged a lot from my collection and now sitting around 5-6 systems (in-print) right now, but even that has been in the back of my mind of late and I feel like I need to shrink the collection even more.

This one goes out to Ancalagon, since he seems to draw in these particular gamers.
