Update from Gary:
OK folks, here's an update. I think I have everything in place to turn registration on. I will turn it on very early tomorrow morning on the TableTop Events Site. Please note... it SHOULD work as every other year. However, if you have problems just take a breath and contact me. I'll see if I can figure out what the problem is. If you sign up for the con and pay for a ticket and later turn out to be a special guest, I WILL refund your money. Also, I think I can enable the discount after I active the badge sales. If it doesn't show up and you need the discount please reach out to me and we'll figure it out together. Also, if you are rolling your badge from a prior year, please note, I have a list and know if you are eligible so don't worry you will get your ticket for free if requested. This is my first year doing all of this myself so I just ask for a little patience if there are glitches I can't wait to see everyone this year and I want to thank everyone for your love and support for NTXRPGCON!
Allan.
Allan - can you recommend any good sit down restaurants in the area? Jay, myself, and anyone else with us always like to spend time catching up over a good meal before kicking off a multi-day convention.
Thanks!

Based on what I'm seeing on the Facebook group for NT, it looks like where may be early Event Registration coming next week. There isn't any specifics announced as of yet, but some of the chatter seems to point to this being a thing. From what I gather, you can register early for any events already submitted by paying $5 per seat, still waiting on more details. Events can still be submitted until May, I guess normal registration (non-fee based) will be open at a later time.

Have any events been put up for review on Tabletop Events? I may have to take a stroll over there...

... and I'm back. No events are up at present in the TableTop page.

Important info for game registration; this was posted in the FB group:
OK. With mixed emotions and understanding that Doug is figuratively rolling over in his grave, I am changing the registration release times for "Open" game sign ups.
Game sign ups will still be April 15th, however I will open them up at 8:00pm CST this year. (20:00 CST for those that know what that means) Enough people seem to hate the midnight time that I have talked to Mike and we will change it this year. Now, understand this, if the servers are slow at TableTop or if there are so many people on that you don't get the games you want, don't come crying to me.
I will also be opening the $5 pre-purchase ticket sales on 3/1. This is where we put half the tickets for each event up for sale before "open" registration so that people who really want to be in a game can reserve their seat in advance. We do this every year so it should be old hat by now. However, if you have questions just IM me.

Does the $5 pre-purchase ticket sales on 3/1 also open at 8 PM CST?

With the surge in oil prices since Putin's invasion of Ukraine, I decided to go take another look at airfare for travel from OMA to DFW. Since 2-3 weeks ago, the price of a round trip ticket jumped about $70.
I went ahead and booked my flight before it goes up any more. Le sigh. At least its done.
I'll arrive at DFW on Wednesday, 1-Jun @ 1:42 PM.
