Thursday (running my game from 10 AM to 3 PM)

Joe "gizmomathboy" Kline put together an API-driven extract from TableTop Events that may help you to sort out your GaryCon scheduling a bit better than using the TTE interface.

My schedule changed a bit, I selected a couple of events that gave more free time to grab food or hit the dealer's room.

Thursday
8am - 12pm HYPERBOREA: Forgotten Ark of the Leng Plateau (0 seats remaining)AS&SH
1pm - 5pm Jungles of Doom! (1 seat remaining) Savage Worlds
7pm - 11pm Running my game (0 seats remaining) AS&SH

Friday
9am - 1pm Raid on the Mad Wizard's Dungeon (7 seats remaining) OD&D
2pm - 6pm Running my game (0 seats remaining) AS&SH
6pm - 10pm DGS Presents: The Lost Colony (3 seats remaining) Call of Cthulhu 6th Edition

Saturday
8am - 12pm The Crystal Gates of Thuban (5 seats remaining) Amazing Adventures
1pm - 5pm The Dark Eye : A Storm is Brewing . . . . (4 seats remaining) The Dark Eye
8pm - 12pm When One Door Closes (0 seats remaining) AD&D 1e

Sunday
11am - 3pm Running my game (2 seats remaining) AS&SH

With this schedule my free time will look something like this:

Thursday 5pm-7pm, run into town to grab food for supper, Friday run into town to get breakfast, Saturday 5pm-8pm order in pizza to the room (or local delivery), Sunday before 11am, grab breakfast at hotel buffet, planning to go into town to grab food for afternoon, after game ends. Anyone is more than welcome to join during those times to grab food or whatever.

So ticketing opens up for me on Saturday. Does anyone know if it starts at midnight or some other time? If I can I'm going to try and snag a tickets for one of James' games, Jay's game on Sunday, and the last slot for When One Door Closes on Saturday. Other than that it'll be whatever is left. I'm sorting out the air travel and such as well. With luck I'll be able to arrive around the same time as the rest of you.

I'm flying into ORD on the 6th at 11:36 and out on the 11th at 3:40. If I can hitch a ride I'd be happy to split the rental cost.

My schedule has changed a bit, I had a request for another session of my adventure so I gave up my Saturday evening game (AD&D, When One Door Opens) and submitted another Solomon Kane session Saturday 7-11pm.
