Mainly for Anc, I decided to look at the prices and times for flights to and from the con, next March.

Right now, I'm looking at flights for Quinn and I that get in around 1:30pm on Wednesday, returning on Monday with flights out around 2pm.

Just letting you know so you can plan appropriately.

Cool. I'll inform Todd and will, most likely, book my flight after X-mas / New Years unless the seats become scarce before then. I'll reserve the rental car sometime in Jan / Feb.

Really looking forward to seeing you guys there. Still haven't sorted the lodging. I'm hoping something opens up at the resort and I can snag last minute. Though I'll probably end up grabbing something off site.

Cap'n Blood! Call the Grand Geneva weekly to check on availability. I've seen more than once someone ready to who then has to cancel plans for work, illness. etc. Odds are something will open up so it's just a matter of timing.

OK - I may pull the trigger earlier than planned just to make sure I can sync up as closely as possible with your times.

The timeslot for my Greyhawk panel seminar will probably move to Friday early afternoon, working out details with the convention mgmt still.

Jon and I will be staying through Monday morning.

Sounds good. This will be the first year we're staying through Monday, looking forward to seeing how Sunday afternoons and evenings pan out.

I just submitted my two GCXI events for review.

This time I'm running Castles & Crusades in HârnWorld: Zoanthropic Benediction.

Session 1 is Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM (that's right, five hours!)
Session 2 is Friday from 7 PM to midnight (or later depending on how things go and if no one else has the table scheduled)

The adventure will accommodate five players. I requested age range of players is 18+ (adult) and that they possess some experience in the specific rules of the game.

My event description is as follows: Winter has come to Hârn. Snow blankets the land as ice forms along the banks of the river Anoth which separates the southern reaches of fractious kingdom of Orbaal and the tribal lands of Nuthela. The once plentiful game has grown scarce, fish avoid hooks and nets, and the people of your village go hungry. A fortnight ago, at the behest of the Tuathaich, the venerable priestess of your village, your hunting party set out to find food sufficient to hold at bay the threat of starvation for kith and kin. However, as you return to your village, you can see things are not as they were when you departed….

The published event description will be shorter as I was limited to 400 characters including punctuation and spaces.

Anyone not familiar with the HârnWorld setting can find info about it at the Columbia games website.
