Dude, I hope you mean 11:40am, because 11:40pm is going to be a problem.

FYI, events have started to show up on the GaryCon Tabletop site. Supposedly everything registered, should be available by the end of the month.

Only Steve Chenault's 20 person event is listed for C&C. I know the Trolls are doing something for organized play so thinking that is why nothing else is listed for C&C. My events are #s 240, 314, and 315.

Quick preliminary breakdown, by no means complete....
AD&D 1st: 21
AD&D 2e: 7
Ars Magica: 0
AS&SH: 3
BECMI: 3
C&C: 1
Call of Cthulhu: 6
D&D 3e: 2
D&D 5e: 13
D&D 5e AL: 276
D&D Original: 13
HackMaster: 0
HarnMaster: 0
MERP: 0
Mythras: 0
Pathfinder: 24
WFRP: 0

And WOW have I found an AS&SH event (#664) I really want to get into!
HYPERBOREA: THE AURORAL ODYSSEY
The year is 15 A.D. You are Saxon slaves en route to Rome, and you are intended for the gladiatorial pits—and quite possibly the Colosseum—if you can prove your mettle. Collared in iron and pulled in horse-drawn cages, you have just crossed the Rhine, departing the ancestral lands of the free Germanic tribes and entering the indomitable Empire of Rome. High above, in the cold winter night, the aurora borealis shimmers and sparkles in bands of green, purple, and vermilion. Then, to the alarm of Roman and Saxon alike, the aurora descends upon the train, enveloping it whilst emitting ear-splitting vibrations. When you come to, you find yourselves in a strange land with an impossible sun.

Someone on the GaryCon Facebook group asked about C&C games, because they didn't see any. Skip Williams mentioned that there are plenty of C&C events, but there are still a lot of events being scheduled on the back end and should show up as they move along with the process.

Jeff's Hyperborea event does sound pretty cool, I saw that one too and thought about trying to get into one if it fits into my schedule. So far, I've see a few things already in the system that sound fun, a few board games, some RPGs, and some miniatures.

Another day, another schedule change by American Airlines.
Now due to depart ORD on Monday, 27-Mar-23 @ 2:28 PM. Almost a 3 hour push back. At least there are still 2+ months for more changes...

Well, you can join the crowd then. Quinn's return flight change put him leaving at 8am-something and mine was switched to 9:35am so I had to go in and find later flights. I'm pretty miffed since both of us initially had non-stop flights out at 11:45 and getting back at 1:30/2:30, but now we both have 1-stop flights back, he's getting back at 6:30pm and me 7:30pm, because of a 1:30 layover in Charlotte.

My entire flight was jacked up and wouldn't let me make any change online so I cancelled the entire flight and now have the flight credit. I made the reservation for my return flight, but still need to reserve the initial flight out there. Hoping to do that today.

From now on I will not be booking any flights for this convention until at least Jan, since booking in the fall obviously doesn't hold any weight.

Airline schedules are changed monthly, and are never guaranteed. Booking over a quarter in advance for all but the most regular of flights (NYC - LAX for example) will almost certainly get changed up, and even those flights are often modified by a half hour or more. Airline tickets are contracts with open dates of travel for the airline.

My two sessions of Paupers' Ladder have been scheduled. Noticed more games in Board Games and RPGs are showing up too.
