Here is I've Had Enough Enough (Into the Fire), the opening cut from KISS' 1984 album, Animalize. This one should've had a video on rotation on Headbangers Ball!

So, Dale Watson, is a bit of local legend here in Austin. He's was also the live entertainment the night I learned how to two step at the Broken Spoke. I figured I'd drop a link to one of his fun songs here. This is old school country style so if that's not you cup of tea you've been warned. Also enjoy the pompadour!

Nice post (and vid), Sam. As a kid growing up, my only real interest in music was whatever was on the radio, mostly the popular stuff from the late 70s and early 80s. Of course, when I got older I started getting my own taste in music which drifted into 80s rock with occasionally some heavy metal.

One thing I always remember, though, was my dad's music. He was into the older country music, just like the style in this song. This brings back some memories of my dad and I driving late nights, when he'd have the radio on an old country station or when he'd be sitting in the living room watching Hee-Haw and one of the older country artists would be on as a guest.

This takes me back, so thanks for that.

Good one there, Cap'n Blood! I'll take the old country music sound every time over the modern country-pop that is en vogue nowadays. :wine:  :toast:

In the spirit of All Hallows' Eve, some werewolves for your enjoyment. Werewolves of London, performed by Adam Sandler in an episode of Late Night with David Letterman.

Not bad. Not my favorite Warren Zevon song (that would be "Roland the Headless Thomas Gunner") but a pretty good rendition. :D

I think we discussed that last year, before the site went kaput. I think I posted the official WZ video for WoL, and you mentioned Roland, and posted the vid for that one.

I'm a Beatles fan and every so often I listen to a tune or twelve. This one sticks with me as it is George Harrison's first foray into using the sitar. From 1965's Rubber Soul album, here is Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown). Enjoy!
