Dark Tower
The TV commercial reminded me about the recent KS and I saw the game on preorder at a friend's FLGS, which reminded me that I had never posted about the game here: https://restorationgames.com/return-to-dark-tower/ and the latest update provides lots of useful info, but alas, no guarantee for games to be available in time for Christmas :(

We played the heck out of the original game BITD, and I'm considering getting a copy for my younger brother Phil (he had it when we were kids).

I wish I'd had the chance to play the original back in the day, but alas, the one person I knew who had it never had the time to play it. I saw the KS for the new one, but it looks to be quite a bit different from what I remember of the original. There is a youtube video on the KS page that shows some folks playing and it looks like there are different mechanics where the tower is involved. Plus this one doesn't seem to have the backlit icon screens like the original. Idk, maybe I just have too little experience with the original to know if this one would be as good, or not. I think I was just hoping for a recreation of the original.

I'll wait and see what the reviews say once it comes out.

Found a cool How to Play, will have to make some time to see how it runs and if it's worth picking up.

Looks like it's available to order now, at least via NobleKnight.

Checked it out, looks like all of the pre-orders are already out of stock.
